SQLite compatible, with backups and point-in-time restore. Connect it to an application and its address and token arrive as environment variables.

We email you at 80% and again at 100%. After that, a small extra share is spread across the rest of the month, so a busy application stays up for most visitors. Buying a pack restores full speed within a minute.
