Terms
Swarza is in private beta. These are the plain rules for using it today. They will be replaced by full terms before launch.
During the beta
- Your plan's price never moves: we do not raise the price of a plan you are on. Features and limits can change during the beta.
- There is no uptime promise. The service can be down, slow or reset.
- Data can be deleted during the beta. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose, and do not store secrets or personal data of other people here.
Your organization and your content
- You are responsible for what you deploy and for who you give access to.
- Do not host illegal content, phishing, malware or anything that harms others, and do not use Swarza to attack other systems.
- Anyone can report content by writing to hello@swarza.com. We may take down content, or close an organization, that breaks these rules.
- The content stays yours. You allow us to store and serve it so that the service can work.
Plans and billing
- Plans, limits and what happens at 100% of an allowance are described on the home page. An application that goes past its plan is throttled. It is not billed extra.
- Every plan has unlimited applications, up to a fair-use limit of 1,000 per organization. Past it, creating another application is refused.
No warranty
The service is provided as it is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data or lost income caused by using a service that is still in beta.
